Supervisor Safety (Office)

Oversee general forepersons and crew leaders to ensure proper administration of company policies, work practices, and safety protocols. Direct field operations by receiving orders from the Division Manager, assigning work, and enforcing safety standards while managing hiring, training, and disciplinary actions for up to ten personnel. Investigate incidents, review reports for accuracy, and maintain records including timesheets and equipment maintenance logs. Manage cost control efforts, facilitate field training on new equipment, and communicate with customers, contractors, and government agencies. Interpret union agreements where applicable and meet regularly with stakeholders such as the Region Manager and Safety Representatives.
