Job Summary
Review monthly and quarterly P&L, balance sheet, and supporting schedules aligned to generally accepted accounting practices. Analyze financial items to identify and explain variances from budgets or forecasts. Manage all GL and reporting queries from Opco, regional, or onshore teams while ensuring SOX compliance. Lead weekly team reviews on progress, issues, and achievements, escalating concerns in consultation with the vertical head. Ensure the team meets defined timelines with strong prioritization and time management. Minimum 3+ years of experience in financial reporting or GL accounting post qualification is required. Qualified Chartered Accountant status is mandatory. Early morning shifts (3:30 am & 6:30 am) are scheduled with cab facility available for pickup and drop.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified Chartered Accountant
- Minimum 3+ year of experience in Financial reporting / GL accounting / RTR post qualification
- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
- Ability to review accounting entries
- SOX Compliance
- Mumbai based
