Supervisor RN - Advanced Heart Failure and Cardiac Transplant

Direct the professional nursing care for patients in the assigned area while actively working in a phase of care for transplant patients. Lead, coach, and mentor staff to model service excellence behaviors, and provide input on performance evaluations for relevant employees. Participate in the interview process for new candidates and assist in orienting new hires. Collaborate with physician leaders to develop methods for improving overall quality of care and implement quality improvement initiatives based on QAPI team metrics. This role supports the Manager of Clinic Operations in fostering a multidisciplinary team environment at Providence Sacred Heart Medical Center & Children's Hospital. The position focuses on achieving operational and clinical "Best Practice" standards within the Advanced Heart Failure and Cardiac Transplant unit.
