Job Summary
Execute all grants to Chapters worldwide, manage the Grants Management Portal development, and coordinate application setup and communication. Review submissions for completeness, collaborate with the Grant Manager on review and scoring, and communicate final grant decisions. Coordinate with Finance for distribution and the Corporate Partnerships team for in-kind gift execution, while handling post-funding reporting and creating supportive program development resources. Manage day-to-day activities ensuring adherence to standards, timelines, and budgets, and support the Grantmaking Task Force. This role allocates $20 million annually and reports to the RMH Grant Manager.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of three (3) years in the nonprofit sector; working with/for community-based initiatives or equivalent experience in association management.
- Knowledge of non-profit practices.
- Ability to support organizational strengthening within a non-profit organization.
- Ability to use Excel to analyze data and tell a story
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
