Supervisor-RMA-A2

The Operations Supervisor will lead supervising, labor management, and planning of inbound/outbound activities, product slotting, and customer communications. Responsibilities include hiring and training, planning and assigning daily work, conducting performance appraisals, addressing performance issues, and resolving problems under the direction of the Operations Manager or Distribution Center Manager. The role ensures safe, efficient, and cost-conscious warehouse operations, adherence to SOPs, achievement of client KPIs, and continuous improvement through staff meetings, reporting to senior management and client representatives, and implementing cost-saving measures. Key duties involve managing, coaching, and evaluating warehouse staff, coordinating daily work schedules, organizing space and equipment, developing training programs, and supporting HR activities such as hiring, development, and promotions while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
