Job Summary
Directly supervise a 10-25-member Revenue Operations team responsible for an assigned portfolio of patient accounts or Medical Insurance triggers, driving operational metrics and collaborating with other departments. Lead performance management through regular reviews, coaching and development, identify staffing needs, and communicate goals and progress to leadership. Requires strong problem solving to diagnose portfolio issues, understand payment trends, and drive opportunities. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; healthcare revenue cycle knowledge; ability to present to senior leaders; and a focus on engaging teammates and promoting a high-performing culture. The role includes coaching, annual reviews, and contributing to staffing decisions within a high-impact healthcare environment at DaVita.
Required Qualifications
- >2 years related supervisory experience
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
