Job Summary
Monitor adherence to policies and procedures, perform audits, and evaluate employee productivity against goals. Train new staff, conduct skills assessments, and resolve escalated day-to-day issues to ensure accurate billing and timely payment. Verify paperwork accuracy before submission, follow up on invoice submissions, and coach the team on objectives and constructive discipline. Manage scheduling, performance reviews, and staff development while supporting the Revenue Cycle Manager in achieving financial targets. Requires 1 year of supervisory experience or 2-5 years in revenue cycle management, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of related supervisory experience, or 2-5yrs of revenue cycle management experience showing demonstrated progression
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling)
- Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns)
- Basic skill level in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: inserting, rearranging, hiding and deleting slides, navigating between slides, increasing list level, adding, centering and editing text, changing views, inserting a table or a note, moving objects, printing outline view and/or running a slide show)
