Job Summary
Supervisor, Retail Pricing oversees day-to-day pricing activities for corporate retail stores, including regular and promotional retails, electronic marketing offers, scale management, item authorizations, and vendor/datasystem workflows; leads a team, allocates workloads, ensures data accuracy, tests POS processes before store activations, and drives process improvements. Requires an Associate’s Degree and at least three years of retail pricing/merchandising experience with prior supervisory/lead experience; strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; ability to support seven-day retail operations and weekend on-call; proficient with MS Office; willingness to manage pricing changes, cost/retail updates, and vendor invoice reconciliation while maintaining exceptional customer service. Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Accounting, Merchandising, or related field
- Three years retail pricing, retail operations, or merchandising experience (including supervisory/lead experience)
