Job Summary
Manage multiple retail dining locations and service teams with a hands-on approach, providing leadership in customer service, food production, menu development, and quality control. Oversee inventory control, product forecasting, and food ordering while handling cash and troubleshooting the POS system. Ensure proper merchandising, monitor operating procedures, supervise staff, and provide training development. Comply with all policies to maintain a safe environment for clients, customers, and team members. Requires background in franchised quick service restaurant operations and successful team leadership experience.
Required Qualifications
- Background inclusive of franchised quick service restaurant operations, preferably in a multi-unit capacity
- Successful team leadership experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- ServSafe certification preferred
