Job Summary
Lead and supervise restaurant staff to ensure optimum service and guest satisfaction. Manage opening and closing duties, inventory and stock requisition, and maintenance work orders. Monitor dining room operations for seating, safety, and guest well-being. Coach, train, schedule, evaluate, and discipline team members while upholding company policies and the Open Door/Guarantee of Fair Treatment process. Maintain uniforms and professional appearance, communicate clearly and professionally, foster positive relationships, and seek continuous improvement in quality, safety, cost-savings, and efficiency. Emphasize attention to detail in grooming, attire, FIFO practices, and adherence to safety and confidentiality; support team to meet goals and respond to guest needs with genuine appreciation. Read and verify information, inspect tools and equipment, and perform repetitive tasks while standing for long periods and moving objects up to 50 pounds. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Perform other reasonable duties as requested by Supervisors.
