Organize daily tasks and operations across the restaurant, Lola's Bar, and terrace while coordinating with other departments. Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries and complaints directly. Motivate and inspire serving staff, ensuring order, cleanliness, and hygiene are maintained throughout the shift. Manage work distribution and align schedules with other teams. Requires MBO level education, supervisory experience, and a representative appearance. Full-time role with 24-32 hours per week.
