Oversee night shift respiratory therapy operations at Sentara Leigh Hospital from 11 PM to 7 AM, managing bedside care and supervising staff in a Magnet Status, 250-bed facility. Ensure compliance with state respiratory licensure and NBRC RRT requirements while coordinating critical care, emergency room, and orthopedic services. This third-shift role supports a team specializing in orthopedic, spine, and general surgical care within a 274-bed acute care environment.
