Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate the 4:00 PM–2:30 AM shift at Rehrig Pacific, enforcing safety policies, overseeing production activities, ensuring quality and production targets are met, training and disciplining staff, coordinating with other supervisors, completing shift paperwork, maintaining sanitation and housekeeping, operating a forklift (training provided), and leading a diverse team with potential Spanish-language communication support.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of Supervisory experience in fast-paced production-based warehouse or manufacturing
