Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of rehabilitation services including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech-language pathology to ensure efficient workflow and patient care delivery. Monitor staffing levels, scheduling, and productivity while assisting in budget management and resource allocation. Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to staff, conduct performance reviews, and address employee relations issues. Recruit, onboard, and train personnel while ensuring adherence to clinical standards and evidence-based care practices. Participate in direct patient care as needed. Requires 5+ years of experience in rehabilitation services and current state licensure in physical, occupational, or speech-language pathology.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in rehabilitation services or a related field
- Current state licensure in Physical, Occupational or Speech Language Pathology
- State certification in a Rehabilitation Health related field
- Valid CPR certification (Healthcare Provider)
- Occupational Therapist: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Occupational Therapist: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy earned prior to July 1, 2007, from an accredited program
- Physical Therapist: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Physical Therapist: Bachelor's or Master's degrees in Physical Therapy earned prior to January 1, 2015, from an accredited programs
- Speech Pathology: Master's Degree in speech-language pathology
