Supervisor-Rehab Services IP/Acute Rehab - Mercy Hospital Jefferson

Direct and coordinate the delivery of therapy services in Sports and Therapy or Child Development, overseeing personnel involved in providing these services under Medical Director and Department Manager supervision. Ensure service provision aligns with Medical Center standards, state, federal, and local regulations. Provide day-to-day leadership for inpatient and acute rehab therapy teams, managing staffing, scheduling, and operational support. Champion staff development through orientation and training programs and contribute to organizational safety initiatives as an active member of the Safe Patient Handling Committee. Full-time day shift with a Bachelor's degree and current licensure as an Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, or Physical Therapist required.
