Direct, coordinate, and supervise the delivery of therapy services in Sports and Therapy or Child Development, ensuring alignment with Medical Center standards, state, federal, and local regulations. Provide day-to-day leadership for inpatient and acute rehab therapy teams by overseeing staffing, scheduling, and operational support. Champion staff development through orientation and training programs while contributing to organizational safety initiatives as an active member of the Safe Patient Handling Committee. Requires a Bachelor's degree and current licensure as an Occupational Therapist, Speech Language Pathologist, or Physical Therapist. Full-time day shift at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus, MO.
