Supervisor - Regent Street

Oversee customer experience and profitability expectations by executing consistent service standards, greeting guests, and maintaining visual merchandising and stockroom cleanliness. Assist management in meeting KPI targets and individual sales goals while coaching staff, leading by example on the selling floor, and ensuring high communication levels across the team. Open and close the store as required, attend all meetings, and perform housekeeping and maintenance duties. Work any additional hours, travel to different locations when necessary, and adhere to the Guess dress code and company policies. Represent the brand with a positive attitude and maintain proper equipment care.
