Job Summary
Manage day-to-day operations for Level 2, 3, and 4 recovery residents, including admission orientation, disciplinary tracking, and medication management audits. Enforce the social model of recovery and 12-Step programming while coordinating with clinical teams to ensure phase progression timetables. Oversee staff leadership for Recovery Coaches and Residential Recovery Associates, maintain resident alumni networks, and ensure site compliance with accreditation standards. Collaborate with the Office Coordinator to align residential activities with organizational goals.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/Equivalent
- Lived experience in his/her own 12-Step recovery journey
- At least three (3) years of experience with and exposure to residential recovery facility operations
- Recovery Coach or Community Health Worker certification
- Must have reliable transportation to transport self and/or others, oversee programming and/or attend trainings and/or meetings
- Drug screen
- TB test
- extensive background checks (including Criminal History, Sex Offender Registry Search, State Central Registry Check, Education Verification, and Professional References)
Desired Qualifications
- At least one (1) year of supervisory and/or team lead experience in a behavioral or healthcare setting
