Supervisor/Rail Terminal Operations

Job Summary
Oversee terminal operations by coordinating automotive unloading activities, scheduling personnel, and managing equipment availability to meet customer service standards. Prioritize safety, productivity, and efficiency while maintaining direct contact with customers and ensuring securement of all units in the intermodal yard. Monitor freight handling for cost-effectiveness, determine manpower levels, and establish accurate inventory and auto placement. Uphold company safety policies, assist in conflict resolution, and maintain daily communication with Terminal Managers to improve productivity and cost controls. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required. Valid driver's license, background check, and drug test pass required. Applicants must live within a 30-minute commute of the Lordstown, OH location.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual proficiency (English / Spanish)
- Valid Drivers License
- Ability to pass a background check
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Advanced knowledge of the railroad industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Currently live within a 30 minute commute of business location
