Job Summary
Track eNCS issuance by operations and categories while managing on-hold/off-hold status in accordance with eNCS cases. Follow up with QC/QA engineers to ensure accurate triggering and minimize on-hold time, alerting QA immediately for any parts already shipped. Provide guidance and training to technicians to supply accurate supporting data for process owners during troubleshooting. Attend Daily Production/Quality meetings, Weekly QC/QA improvement meetings, and Yield Focus sessions to drive specific projects related to QC improvement. Identify potential escapees and correct on-hold time frames as discussed with process owners. Requires a Bachelor's Degree in Sciences or related experience with 4-7 years of relevant work experience.

- Knowledge of testing and troubleshooting skills
