Job Summary
Supervise quality assurance technicians to ensure accurate documentation, support, and quality management while collaborating with production and engineering teams to document processes and maintain AAON quality standards. Utilize CAPA findings and quality metrics to initiate continuous improvement projects, assign tasks, and monitor progress, providing final approval for quality team leaders. Coordinate team schedules for audits and inspections, serve as a technical resource for trainers, and conduct meetings with internal and external suppliers and customers to review quality findings. This C Shift role (Fri. - Mon. 6am - 6pm) requires a BS degree, seven years of industry experience, and proficiency in Word and Excel.
Required Qualifications
- BS degree in a related field
- A minimum of 7 years of relevant industry experience
- Strong leadership and managerial abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of quality assurance principles and methodologies
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
- Must be able to stand and sit for extended periods
- Walk up and down stairs
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily
