Job Summary
Supervisor, Quality Assurance leads design and execution of the control plan, conducts audits to ensure control plans are followed, and ensures containment and corrective action for non-conformance. May coach Quality Engineers and Specialists, coordinates data analysis across projects and product lines, including customer line and field analysis, corrective action effectiveness, and overall internal quality metrics. Designs internal standards for Quality Specialists and Engineers; reviews quality planning effectiveness; evaluates root-cause corrective action requirements; facilitates training; acts as corrective action lead and primary customer contact for corrective action; ensures customer quality requirements are integrated into the QMS and communicates gaps to management. Provides an overview of customer quality requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Engineering degree
- Minimum 3 years' experience
- Experience in Internal and External Audits
- Full knowledge in Core Tools, SAP, SPC
