Supervisor, Quality Assurance

Coordinate daily priorities for incoming raw materials, in-process testing, finished product sampling, and labeling operations across all shifts. Supervise and evaluate QA inspectors, specialists, and auditors to ensure strict compliance with SOPs and cGMP standards. Manage change controls, deviations, CAPAs, and customer complaints through the retrieval of samples, testing, and report submission. Conduct internal audits for FDA and manufacturing requirements while assisting with SOP development and validation studies. Monitor batch record audits and oversee cross-training for shift personnel. Handle performance reviews and HR data requests as directed.
