Job Summary
Supervise a team of car wash attendants, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service. Train new staff members on washing techniques, customer service, and safety protocols. Inspect vehicles before and after washing to maintain quality control, manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensure the facility remains clean, organized, and safe. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager to meet business needs. This role requires the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
