Job Summary
Lead the preparation of DisneyTV program and content planning for the December 1 launch, coordinating technical interfaces between GSA and London Operations teams. Enter, maintain, and validate program data in the What'sOn planning system while developing episode rollouts and analyzing ratings to optimize schedule effectiveness. Conduct continuous market analysis, track competitor activity, and provide recommendations to reduce launch risk. This fixed-term role runs from August to December with onsite work in Munich, requiring a university degree in media studies and four years of TV planning experience.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in communications, media studies, or a comparable media-specific education
- Minimum of four years of professional experience in TV program planning, content planning, or scheduling
- Strong hands-on experience with planning and programming tools
- Technical understanding of What's On
- Ability to translate editorial and content planning requirements into operational system workflows
- Ability to coordinate technical dependencies with Operations and Scheduling teams
