Job Summary
Develop and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and deliverables while identifying and assigning major project roles. Monitor work of program management staff, providing technical support and direction on moderate-scope problems. Exercise judgment within defined procedures to determine appropriate actions and interact daily with subordinates or peer groups to exchange factual information. Requires 8+ years of progressive experience in operations or supply chain disciplines including inventory control, materials management, and master scheduling. Base salary ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 annually.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, Business or a related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in operations and/or supply chain disciplines
- Experience in Inventory Control
- Experience in Materials Management
- Experience in Master Scheduling
- Experience in Production Planning
- Experience in Logistics
- Experience in Demand Planning
- Experience in S&OP
- Supply chain systems implementation experience
- Excellent relationship management with the ability to work effectively across departments and persuade and influence others
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
