Supervisor Production

Electrical Production Supervisor in a manufacturing facility in Pelzer, SC, responsible for leading 60+ personnel, driving operational excellence, safety, and high-performance in a fast-paced environment. Oversees production, quality, performance management, employee relations, recruitment, and health & safety, with ERP/MRP experience, and a proven ability to meet production targets through strong leadership, KPI analysis, and customer-focused execution. Must have at least 4 years in a supervisory role and possess a mechanical or electrical qualification. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time product shipment and continuous improvement.
