Supervisor, Production

Job Summary
Supervise production personnel in delivery of services including parts cleaning, etching, and specialized processes while spending 90% of the day on the production floor. Develop work schedules to ensure on-time delivery and hire, train, and develop staff members for necessary skills. Maintain accurate records and reports, troubleshoot production issues with engineering and quality teams, and ensure a safe, clean environment adhering to safety standards. Manage processes to achieve efficiency and customer satisfaction goals while participating in continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery. Based in Phoenix, AZ, this role requires an Associate's degree, 2+ years in production/manufacturing, and 1+ year supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 2+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- 1+ year of supervisory experience
- Ability to climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push, pull, and grasp
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Ability to move arms, hands, and fingers
- Ability to talk on phone and use computer for extended periods of time
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) where applicable
- Ability to work in a cleanroom or production environment
- Ability to tolerate exposure to electrical current, moving mechanical parts, chemicals, and debris
- Ability to tolerate moderate noise levels
- Ability to travel out of town for training and meetings
