Supervisor Production

Maintain high production, quality, and yields while ensuring the safest working environment by controlling the production process, managing line maintenance, and staffing workstations. Guide the team through hiring, training, and counseling on personal and professional matters, including rotating workstations and checking daily production orders for accurate fulfillment and shipments. Ensure all machinery performs correctly and passes USDA Inspection, while promoting safety through daily practices and monthly meetings. Oversee various processing operations, solve problems with other supervisors, and perform continuous education on quality. Check daily production orders to ensure fulfillment of customer orders, ensuring accurate shipments, record keeping, rotation of inventory, and proper coding of products.
