Oversee and manage production lines to ensure alignment with SQDCI goals, including safety compliance, quality control, delivery schedules, cost management, and inventory accuracy. Supervise daily Gemba walks, lead team operations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives using data analysis tools like Excel and Bi. Monitor output, first pass yield, and downtime while implementing corrective actions and managing budgets for scrap, rework, and overtime. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource utilization and maintain accurate Work-in-Process records via Oracle ERP. Ensure all employees comply with safety protocols and investigate near-miss incidents to foster a zero-harm culture.
