Job Summary
Coordinate production schedules, equipment changeovers, and hourly staff across multiple manufacturing lines while ensuring compliance with cGMPs, SOPs, and safety standards. Oversee batch documentation, including data entry, verification, and root cause analysis for deviations, while driving continuous improvement initiatives and staff training. Manage production metrics, facility conditions, and departmental budgets to meet performance objectives. This night shift role supports Fresenius Kabi's global network of science and manufacturing centers dedicated to delivering lifesaving medicines and technologies for critical and chronically ill patients.
Required Qualifications
- Thorough understanding of equipment operation
- Understanding of batch record requirements
- Ability to review all documentation during production and batch reconciliation
- Knowledge of cGMPs
- Knowledge of applicable SOPs
- Knowledge of company requirements
- Ability to coordinate the execution of the production schedule
- Ability to coordinate equipment changeovers
- Ability to oversee production processes across multiple manufacturing lines
- Ability to coordinate all relevant production activities
- Ability to supervise hourly production employees
- Ability to interact with supervisors, managers and support groups
- Ability to maintain compliance with procedures, standards, policies and cGMPs
- Ability to coordinate batch related documentation including data entry, verification, review and approval
- Ability to assume responsibility for production personnel
- Ability to assume responsibility for production metrics
- Ability to assume responsibility for equipment condition
- Ability to assume responsibility for facility condition
