Supervisor, Production

Direct and supervise production personnel to obtain optimum efficiency and effectiveness within operations while maintaining a safe working environment. Responsibilities include ensuring a safe working environment through auditing and enforcing safety policies, executing production priorities to meet customer demands, directing plant-floor activities to optimize material and labor utilization, addressing quality and personnel issues promptly, coordinating with other departments to review operations, maintaining high plant-floor visibility, facilitating continuous improvement initiatives, and promoting LEAF and employee engagement to sustain a positive work environment. The role requires leadership in safety, operations management, and continuous improvement within a two-company manufacturing context (packaging and ORBIS) in Bardstown, KY.
