Job Summary
Coordinate production team activities across significant product lines and shifts to ensure performance goals and improvement objectives are achieved. Provide direction in resolving technical and production-related problems to meet weekly schedules and monitor alignment with master production schedules and material planning. Supervise associates to foster a safe work environment, manage hiring, performance management, and coaching while ensuring adherence to FDA regulations and quality management systems. Identify training needs to apply Lean manufacturing and Six-Sigma methodologies for continuous process improvement. Monitor departmental performance measures, provide regular progress reports to Plant management, and facilitate conflict resolution within work groups. This 3rd shift role supports Integer's mission as a global CDMO serving cardiac rhythm and neuromodulation markets.
