Job Summary
Lead, coach, and mentor production staff to meet targets while adhering to safety and quality standards. Collaborate with the production planning team to schedule orders for on-time delivery. Implement quality control procedures, allocate personnel and equipment, and monitor raw materials and finished goods inventory. Ensure employees follow safety protocols and participate in training programs. Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Maintain accurate records of production metrics and analyze data for decision-making. Address employee issues and resolve immediate problems with cross-functional teams. This role requires a minimum of four years in manufacturing with two years in supervision, a bachelor's degree, and proficiency in metal production and lean principles. Required Qualifications
