Required Qualifications

• •College level verbal and written communication skills
• •Leadership, team development, coaching, and/or teaching experience

• •Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of work/specialized training with progressively responsible experience
• •A minimum of two years' experience in the manufacturing industry and preferably in a supervisor-level role
• •Additional dairy manufacturing experience and demonstrated leadership skills
• •English is required as the written and spoken language
• •California State Pasteurizers License
• •California State Sampler's and Weigher's License
• •Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain California State Pasteurizers License and California State Sampler's and Weigher's License
• •Must be able to lift 60 lbs. on a frequent basis
• •Must be able to lift 80 lbs. on an occasional basis
• •Must be able to climb a flight of stairs
• •Must be able to climb over 100 steps
• •Must be able to balance on a tanker
• •Must be able to reach at or above shoulder level
• •Must be able to grasp and manipulate papers, objects, and equipment
• •Must be able to keyboard for data input

• •Must be able to report violations of company policies, procedures and working rules to management
• •Must be able to maintain inventory of supplies of assigned items
• •Must be able to take powder and fluid inventory of product daily
• •Must be able to monitor and reduce controllable cost
• •Must be able to keep plant in inspection ready condition
• •Must be able to inform all departments of necessary changes or run conditions
• •Must be able to follow and enforce all GMP, HACCP, safety, food safety, attendance and working rules
• •Must be able to maintain quality of product throughout efficient manner
• •Must be able to monitor chemical use during clean-up and maintain proper rotation of product
• •Must be able to obtain medical clearance to use respirator and maintain certification
• •Must be able to supervise, schedule, track, mentor, and direct the workforce
• •Must be able to clearly communicate the company's vision & goals
• •Must be able to set a positive example through their own work ethic, attitude, and commitment to quality
• •Must be able to develop and empower team members by delegating tasks effectively and providing opportunities for growth and development
