Job Summary
Supervisor Production oversees aircraft maintenance personnel and manages the daily production plan to ensure parts/tools availability and efficient completion of tasks. Responsible for documenting work in the maintenance database, assigning and supervising employees, ensuring data availability for reports, overseeing training needs, determining overtime and equipment requirements, enforcing safety and compliance with Alsalam safety requirements, driving cost-effective process improvements, monitoring production line displays for peak efficiency, resolving conflicts, and recommending hiring decisions and staffing levels. Requires strong leadership, technical understanding of aircraft maintenance, planning and organizational skills, and proficiency with basic software tools.
Required Qualifications
- - High school diploma or equivalent
- - Completion of formal technical school
- - At least ten (10) years of experience in aircraft maintenance operations
- - Must possess five (5) years F-15 maintenance experience
- - Ability to read and understand technical data, drawings, processes, and procedures
- - Computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word)
- - Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
- - F-15 maintenance experience a plus
