Job Summary
Supervisor, Production on the 3rd shift overseeing multiple product lines across lean value streams and traditional manufacturing. Responsible for planning and directing manufacturing operations to meet budgets and production targets, maintaining manpower utilization, leading an operating cadence, driving continuous improvement, developing and training staff, enforcing policies, and ensuring FDA, GMP, and ISO compliance. Collaborates with engineering, quality, scheduling, and corporate teams to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics; mentors direct reports and fosters ownership and results-driven performance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (Required)
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required
- Experience in GMP, GD&T, lean manufacturing, QC/QA, and related manufacturing disciplines preferred
