Supervisor, Production (3rd Shift)

Job Summary
Supervise multiple product lines and direct manufacturing operations across lean value streams and traditional lines, ensuring alignment with daily, weekly, and monthly production targets. Plan, organize, and manage manpower utilization to maximize efficiency while enforcing company personnel policies and maintaining a robust training program. Lead structured operating cadences including shift start-ups and daily tier meetings to monitor KPIs, address performance gaps, and drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics. Mentor direct reports, resolve production or delivery risks, and ensure adherence to FDA, GMP, and ISO requirements. This 3rd shift role (11:00pm-7:30am) supports MicroPort's mission to deliver meaningful medical breakthroughs through quality and innovation.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in operations, distribution, logistics, warehousing, or a related environment

- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in medical device manufacturing
- Experience in foundry
- Experience in CNC machining
- Experience in metal finishing
- Experience in cleaning of metals / plastics
- Experience in packaging
- Experience in quality
- Training and/or experience in GMP
- Training and/or experience in GD&T
- Training and/or experience in lean manufacturing
- Training and/or experience in mainframe computer systems
- Training and/or experience in Microsoft office applications
- strong leadership skills including organizational skills, the ability to formulate and execute plans and the ability to instill teamwork within the subordinate group
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
