Supervisor, Production - 3rd Shift

Supervisor is a leadership role within a 50% on-site/50% off-site shift structure at the Braselton distribution center. Leads 20-35 direct reports to meet daily goals, financial and operational KPIs, and continuous process improvement. Responsibilities include driving Carter’s culture, coordinating cross-shift relationships, addressing team concerns, coaching for growth, ensuring safety, maintaining inventory accuracy, managing payroll, identifying cross-training needs, and supporting budget and labor planning. Required skills emphasize servant leadership, strong listening/communication, accountability, problem solving, and the ability to work in a high-volume apparel distribution environment with overtime/holiday commitments. Preferred BS/BA degree and 3-5 years of managerial experience in apparel distribution; familiarity with automated distribution centers is a plus.
