Job Summary
Review daily production orders to ensure customer fulfillment, oversee Team Member warm-up exercises and job rotation, and monitor equipment performance for optimal operation. Ensure all workstations pass USDA inspection requirements, maintain proper lot control and product coding, and coordinate accurate shipments and inventory rotation. Promote daily safety through monthly meetings, coach and train Team Members, and resolve operational issues by collaborating with other supervisors. Maintain records regarding reworked or returned product and provide ongoing education on quality standards. This 2nd shift role requires a high school diploma, strong communication skills, and knowledge of USDA standards.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead and supervise production Team Members in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of safety, quality, production, and USDA standards
- Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Travel 1–5 trips per year
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Additional education beyond high school, including vocational training, technical certifications, or college coursework
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to promote teamwork, accountability, and operational excellence
