Supervisor Production - 2nd Shift - Monroe, NC

The Production Supervisor is responsible for maintaining high production, quality, and yields while ensuring the safest working environment possible. This role requires an essential understanding and control of the production process, accurate record keeping, and general line maintenance and staffing. Responsibilities include checking daily production orders to fulfill customer orders, ensuring every position is staffed before production start, supervising team member exercises and job rotation for ergonomics, ensuring machinery performance meets high standards, promoting daily safety, managing inventory coding and shipments, and communicating company benefits and compensation policies to team members. The position also entails coaching and counseling team members, training and retaining staff, overseeing processing operations with other supervisors, keeping records of reworked or returned product, and supporting continuous education on quality.
