Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day production to ensure performance and quality standards are met while leading staff to produce high-quality items at required labor and yield standards. Create daily work schedules to ensure lines are sufficiently manned, monitor inventory, and coordinate materials to accomplish the daily schedule. Liaise with maintenance to keep machines running optimally, manage day-to-day issues, and perform regular quality and safety audits. Perform analysis to ensure compliance with customer specifications and maintain the AOP. Provide guidance on employee performance, identify development needs, and coordinate with other departments for smooth start-ups. Work 10-hour shifts, five days per week, including weekends and off-shift assignments as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience
- Experience in a manufacturing environment

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing environment highly preferred
- Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish)
