Supervisor Production-2nd Shift- Gadsden Plant

Check daily production orders to ensure fulfillment of customer orders and oversee various processing operations. Ensure every position is filled before start-up, maintain high production and quality yields, and guarantee all workstations pass USDA Inspection. Oversee team morning exercises, job rotation, and daily safety protocols while managing inventory rotation, accurate shipments, and product coding. Provide continuous education on quality, counsel personnel on personal and professional problems, and communicate company benefits and compensation policies to Team Members. Perform other responsibilities as needed to solve problems with other supervisors.
