Supervisor Production-2nd Shift- Gadsden Plant

Check daily production orders to ensure customer fulfillment, oversee morning exercises and job rotation for ergonomics, and verify that all machinery meets highest standards and USDA inspection requirements. Ensure every position is filled before line start-up, maintain accurate records of shipments and reworked products, and communicate company benefits and compensation policies to team members. Provide continuous education on quality, counsel on personal and professional problems, and collaborate with other supervisors to solve processing operation issues. Perform other responsibilities as needed while maintaining the safest working environment possible.
