Supervisor Production - 1st Shift - Monett, MO

Check daily production orders to ensure fulfillment of customer orders, ensuring every position is filled before start-up of the production line. Oversee team member morning exercises and job rotation to facilitate ergonomics, while maintaining machinery standards that have passed USDA Inspection. Promote safety daily through meetings, manage inventory rotation and product coding, and communicate company benefits and compensation policies to team members. Provide encouragement and counseling on personal and professional problems, oversee processing operations to solve problems with other supervisors, and track reworked or returned product. Perform continuous education on quality and other responsibilities as needed.
