Supervisor, Production (1st Shift- Kitchen)

Job Summary
Supervises the production line in a food manufacturing environment, leading a team to produce high-quality items while meeting labor-set and yield-set standards. Responsible for day-to-day production oversight, scheduling to ensure adequate line staffing, coordinating with maintenance to keep machines running, monitoring inventory and materials, and performing regular quality and safety audits. Requires strong people management, organizational skills, and the ability to work extended hours, including weekends. Proficiency with Outlook and Excel and the ability to communicate effectively (bilingual English/Spanish a plus). 10-hour shifts, with weekend availability and potential off-shift assignments across 1st and 2nd shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in a manufacturing environment highly preferred
- Must possess excellent written/verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Must be able to work 10-hour shifts, 5 days per week
- Availability to work Saturdays as needed
- Flexible to work between 1st and 2nd shifts; must be able to support off-shift assignments for 2 to 4 months at a time, or as business needs require
