Supervisor Production-1st Shift- Gadsden Plant

Check daily production orders to ensure fulfillment of customer orders, ensuring every position is filled before start-up of production line. Oversee team member morning exercises, job rotation, and machinery performance while maintaining USDA Inspection standards and promoting safety through daily and monthly meetings. Manage inventory rotation, product coding, and shipments; counsel on personal and professional problems; and provide continuous education on quality. Supervise personnel performing identical tasks, solve operational problems with other supervisors, and communicate company benefits and compensation policies. Perform other responsibilities as needed.
