Supervisor Production-1st Shift- Gadsden Plant

Check daily production orders to ensure fulfillment of customer orders, oversee morning exercises and job rotation for ergonomics, and ensure all machinery meets the highest standards and USDA Inspection requirements. Oversee various processing operations and work with other supervisors to solve problems while maintaining accurate records of reworked or returned product. Ensure every position is filled before start-up, promote daily safety through monthly meetings, and provide continuous education on quality. Communicate company benefits and compensation policies to Team Members, offer counseling on personal and professional problems, and encourage the team to build the best possible unit. Perform other responsibilities as the need arises within the 1st shift environment.
