Job Summary
Lead the sales floor by delivering personalized service, managing zone assignments, and coaching Team Members on selling behaviors and product knowledge. Execute operational priorities including opening/closing procedures, cash management, and inventory monitoring while tracking sales performance against store KPIs. Facilitate new hire onboarding, resolve customer issues with ownership, and reinforce brand values and visual standards throughout the shift. Maintain strong product knowledge to support launches and restocks, ensuring the team achieves daily results in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in retail, preferably in fashion or related industry
- Must be able to stand and remain physically active and move around all areas of the store and be accessible to customers for 100% of the scheduled shift
- Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for product, as well as lift, carry, and move items up to 40 pounds regularly throughout the shift
- Full Time Availability Requirements: Open Availability. We value flexibility and expect you to be available to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed
