Job Summary
Guide and coordinate the work of a group of employees toward established goals and objectives. Manage day-to-day performance of the team while providing progressively more responsible and independent work experience based on demonstrated ability to handle assignments. Maintain a thorough understanding of the cultures and needs of the primary population comprised of Alaska Native people affiliated with Cook Inlet Region, Inc. and American Indian people within the service area to ensure achievement of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness. Adhere to Employee Health Procedures, including required immunizations such as MMR, Hepatitis B, and COVID-19, prior to employment.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Associate's degree
- Two (2) years of experience performing administrative support duties
- Demonstrated proficiency as an Administrative Support II or similar support position at SCF
- Two (2) years of demonstrated experience at the Supervisor I level
- demonstrated proficiency as a Supervisor I
- Compliance with our Employee Health Procedure
- Agreement to comply with all job-related employee health screening and immunizations prior to your first day of employment
- Documentation that you have completed the following immunizations prior to your first day of employment: MMR (Measles, Mumps and Rubella, Varicella (Chicken Pox), Hepatitis B, Influenza, T-dap (Tetanus - Diphtheria - Pertussis), and COVID-19 vaccination
